Register as a player with the Uttar Pradesh Taekwondo Association, check a player's registration, and verify certificates.

    Register as a Player

    Apply online for UPTA player registration through your district association. Upload your photo and documents, pay the fee, and the UPTA office reviews your application.

    Registration fee: ₹250

    Check that a player is registered with UPTA, using the registration number on their ID card.

How Registration Works

    Fill in the form

    Your details, district association and training centre, with a photo, Aadhaar card, birth certificate and current belt certificate.

  2. 2

    Pay the fee online

    Pay securely by UPI, card or net banking. You get your enrollment number straight away.

  3. 3

    UPTA reviews it

    The UPTA office checks your application and documents.

  4. 4

    Get your registration number

    Once approved, you receive your UPTA registration number and your district association can print your ID card.

Keep These Ready

  • A recent passport-size photo
  • Aadhaar number and Aadhaar card (PDF or photo)
  • Birth certificate
  • Your current belt certificate (not needed for a White belt)
  • Your mobile number
  • Your district association, and your training centre if you have one

Already on the old register?

Players from the old UPTA register already have an enrollment number. Your district association will complete your profile, so you do not need to register again or pay the fee.
